What To Expect
Wondering what to wear? Wear something. You’ll see jeans, shorts, and generally casual styles.
What you’ll experience when you arrive:
Usually you’ll meet someone in the parking lot who will welcome you and point you in the right direction. There’s a ramp if steps are an obstacle. If it’s raining or snowing, you’ll probably be offered an umbrella – at least half of one.
Once inside, some friendly volunteers will hand you a bulletin, help you find your way to our Connections Café, introduce you to children’s staff if you have kids, and invite you to stick a name tag on your shirt. Don’t panic: Almost everyone wears one. It saves us embarrassing moments when we remember a face but not quite a name.
Our Connections Café opens every Sunday at 9:30 am. You’ll be able to help yourself to hot or cold beverages and usually a donut or fresh-baked treat. It just seems a whole lot easier to chat with a cup of coffee in your hand. It’s all free.
You can check our Children’s page for more information but we have a staffed nursery and programs for children up through 8th grade during our 10 am service. Most children will sit with parents through the first part of our service and be dismissed to classes before the message. We have a Kid’s message on some Sundays as part of the 10 am service, too.
We have a great band we think you’ll enjoy. Most of us grew up listening to rock, pop, and country music so our style fits.
Typically you can expect the service to last until about 11:15. We think you’ll enjoy your time here and you’ll leave feeling like you’ve learned something, met some friendly people, and have experienced a meaningful connection with God. We hope you’ll push ‘repeat’ next Sunday.
